Workshop: Project Management

Many organisations do not manage projects effectively and consequently fail to deliver them in an optimum way, with over runs on time and cost. Perhaps more seriously they often do not deliver the business results on which they were originally justified.

Our project management workshops cover the whole project life cycle from initiation through to post implementation review and provide participants with an understanding of project management tools and techniques.

Participants work through a project, which can be neutral, or work related, in order to get hands on experience allowing rapid transfer to their real jobs
